While we understand it may be difficult to make a makeup purchase online without the ability to try before you buy, we strive to ensure a positive shopping experience to all of our customers.
We will accept returns in NEW and RESELLABLE condition within 60 days of the arrival of your products. However, due to health and sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept any returns that have been used or swatched. This is to ensure product regularity and provide all of our customers with products that have not been tempered with in any way after leaving our shipment center.
All returns accompanied by the Return and Exchange Form (.doc or PDF) provided in the package will be refunded for the full amount of the merchandise being returned and the sales tax. Each customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges, including the original shipping charge (unless Sedona Lace shipped the wrong item). Please note that products may only be returned if they are in new and unused condition with original packaging within sixty (60) days of delivery. Any return received with missing pieces, without the original packaging, or with opened packaging cannot be credited. Please allow one two billing cycles for the credit to appear on banking statements.

Sedona Lace reserves the right to decline the return of your item(s). Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Sedona Lace stands behind our brushes. We strive to provide our customers with professional-quality makeup tools at affordable prices. In doing so, we offer our customers a 6-month warranty from the time of
receipt on all Sedona Lace brushes. If your brushes suffer from any defect (excessive shedding, loose ferrules, et cetera), please contact us at your earliest convenience (within the 6-month window). We will review each situation carefully and respond appropriately. Sedona Lace will not replace brushes that have been damaged by the customer or have not been cared for properly. Please refer to our Brush Care section for tips to prolong the wear of your makeup brushes.
Sedona Lace ships all domestic orders via USPS Priority and international orders via USPS First Class International. Most items are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of purchase. Domestic orders typically take 2–3 days, while international orders take 8–21 days. First Class Mail International has limited tracking details, and may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Once our order has been shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking number.
We are not responsible for Customs Duties and taxes that may be charged on international orders. Please check with your local post office or country's Customs policies prior to ordering.
Sedona Lace takes all measures to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. In the event a product is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately.
